Hævnen vandt tidligere på året en Golden Globe.
Nu kan en Oscar også være på vej!

 Oscar-nomineringerne er blevet offentliggjort og danske Hævnen er, som ventet, nomineret til en Oscar i kategorien Bedste Udenlandske Film. The King's Speech er topscorer med 12 nomineringer og ligner en større og større trussel for The Social Networks sejrschancer. Der var ikke mange overraskelser at spore, men Christopher Nolan blev alligevel forbigået i Bedste Instruktør-feltet atter en gang.
